Tasked with hosting a live session followed by a gamified knowledge check, I infused creativity and interactivity into the learning experience.

Drawing inspiration from the California Gold Rush, I designed an engaging interactive learning module that transported learners on an exciting journey westward. Through thematic elements and intuitive gameplay mechanics, participants were not only introduced to key concepts but also immersed in an immersive learning environment.

As learners progressed through the knowledge check, they navigated closer to the coveted California destination, fostering a sense of achievement and motivation. By incorporating elements of gamification and providing opportunities for learners to retry questions, I ensured an effective and enjoyable learning experience that resonated with our billing team, ultimately driving performance improvement and knowledge retention.

Creation Process

Our captivating interactive learning video was created through a collaborative effort, working closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Drawing on my experience in instructional design and multimedia production, I used industry-leading tools like dominKnow for content authoring, Photoshop for graphic design, and Camtasia for video editing. With careful planning and execution, I combined thematic elements, interactive gameplay mechanics, and engaging visuals to bring the California Gold Rush to life. The end result is a dynamic and entertaining learning experience that highlights the effectiveness of innovative technology and teamwork in developing impactful learning solutions.
